The imposing Villa Rosa for up to 6 people (built in the 1970s, first let in August 2023) has been extensively and completely renovated this year and is located just 300 metres from the beautiful dune beach, nestled in the pine forest of San Pietro a Mare.
White is the colour chosen in stark contrast to the fragrant pine forest to enhance its presence, all installations, all windows and doors, almost all floors and of course the complete interior furnishings have been renewed! Air conditioning units in the bedrooms are ready for 2024.
The house (approx. 120 sqm + 80 sqm veranda + 80 sqm terrace) comprises two floors, living area on the ground floor and sleeping area on the first floor. It has 3 large bedrooms (2 with double bed and one with 2 single beds that can be put together) and 2 bathrooms with shower cubicle, washing machine.
On the ground floor, the kitchen (with dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave) and the living/dining area overlook the very large veranda with brick arches, where you can sit and relax in the fresh air even in changeable weather.
The garden is spread over three sides and is about 400 square metres in size, with an outdoor shower.
The house is very quietly situated in a pine forest on a closed road, car parking space at the house.
Quiet location close to the beach
The inhabited centre of the village is about 1 km away and offers year-round services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, petrol stations and car rental.
The small country town of Valledoria is known for its long dune beaches and is popular with water sports enthusiasts, especially kitesurfing.
