A perfect retreat for couples or families with a child, this wonderful holiday home promises a comfortable and unforgettable stay, with easy access from both airports (Alghero 45 minutes away, Olbia 1.5 hours) and ports (Porto Torres 25 minutes away and Olbia 1.5 hours away).
The interior, furnished with maritime taste, has all the necessary amenities for a carefree stay. A spacious living/dining area with terrace, ideal for relaxing moments, is complemented by an equipped kitchen, a table for 4 people, a sofa bed for two people and a large double bedroom with terrace. The apartment is equipped with one air-conditioning unit (split) that provides both cool and warm air (a heat pump, hot and cold).
There aren’t units in every room, but the split installed in the living room is more than enough to cool the entire one‑bedroom apartment. A modern bathroom with shower stall and window and a useful utility room with washing machine complete the interior. For total disconnection there is no TV or WIFI.
Outside, a reserved, lit indoor parking space ensures maximum convenience. The terrace, equipped with two chairs and a small table, offers a shady corner ideal for enjoying the sea breeze or an al fresco meal, while the sea view encourages serenity and contemplation.
The location is simply enviable. In the picturesque tourist village of La Ciaccia, you will find a supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, a church, newsagents and tobacconists, ice cream parlours, bakeries, pastry shops and butcher shops, all within 200 metres of your doorstep. With a sandy beach and a charming restaurant only 300 metres away and places of interest such as Castelsardo and Isola Rossa nearby, there is always something to discover. We recommend the use of a car to explore the many charming beaches and local attractions, although many amenities are within easy walking distance.
