In the villages of the Itria Valley such as Ceglie Messapica or Ostuni or Cisternino, the houses are built with stone and lime, cool in summer and cosy in winter, set in narrow streets paved with white 'chianche', giving that sense of warmth and tranquillity typical of this area.

The house has been completely renovated and restored to its original beauty: it is a typical house with arches and is located in the historic centre of Ceglie Messapica just a stone's throw from Piazza Sant'Antonio and all the best restaurants in the area. Animals are not allowed in the house. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

The house is on the ground floor and consists of a separate kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cups and cutlery, juicer, keyboard, vegetable extractor, waffle coffee station, oven and pots and pans. In the central body of the house is a small living room with a sofa and table for eating, and a flat-screen TV. In the two adjoining alcoves there is a double bed 2m x 2m on the right with two small shelves with lamps for the night and in the alcove on the left a large wardrobe for storing clothes. Before reaching the alcoves on the left is the bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet, courtesy set, towels and washing machine. The air conditioning/heating is above the entrance door and is regulated by a remote control. Free wifi internet is throughout the house and is the fastest you can find in Ceglie Messapica.

The house is located in the historic centre of Ceglie Messapica but in a privileged position as it is possible, in the small square below, to park for free without difficulty.

I strongly advise you to come to Valle d'Itria and, therefore, to Ceglie Messapica exclusively by car because the connections by bus or train are very difficult and there are undoubtedly many things to visit. To reach the house there are six steps typical of the alleys of these small towns.

Ceglie Messapica is the ideal destination for visiting the entire Itria Valley with Ostuni, Alberobello, Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Cisternino and Fasano and many others. Ceglie Messapica is famous as a city of typical Apulian and Mediterranean gastronomy.
