Campolungo - "Locazione turistica" a former wine-growing estate with origins in the Middle Ages, in the heart of Chianti Classico. Here you can experience Tuscany with all your senses.

The "Alto" is located on the south side. It used to be a three-storey house belonging to a tenant family. You enter l`Alto through the modern, ground-floor eat-in kitchen with an old pizza oven and large dining table. Sandstone stairs lead to the living gallery, where there is also a sofa bed for spontaneous guests. The two spacious bedrooms are located under the roof, where you can enjoy a magnificent view.

Campolungo belongs to the hamlet of Lamole. This is located near Greve, the main town in Chianti.
Lamole with its famous restaurant can be reached on foot from the house in 5 minutes.
Distances: Greve approx. 15 minutes, Florence approx. 45 minutes, Siena approx. 50 minutes, airport approx. 60 minutes.

In Greve you will find a peaceful place with a classic piazza where you can meet for shopping and an aperitif in the bar. A picturesque and lively market is held on the piazza on Saturdays. Greve is the district capital. Regular buses run from here to Florence.
