Located 10 km from Siena, this is a perfect setting for groups and families of up to 19 guests. The property consists of 5 independent apartments, each with a private entrance, furnished garden, Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and mosquito screens.

For shared moments, guests have access to an annex with a professional kitchen and a newly renovated dining room. A panoramic swimming pool (7 × 14 m) includes a dedicated children’s area. There is also a large gazebo, barbecue and wood‑fired oven (firewood included). A children’s play area and semi‑covered parking are available.

Guests are kindly requested to dispose of their rubbish properly (separating waste into the bins available on site, glass should be disposed of in the container at the entrance of the road) and to switch off all lights and electronic devices before check‑out.

Useful Information:
A tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night is payable, for a maximum of six nights, applicable to guests aged 12 and over, for stays of up to 12 days.
Final cleaning: €520 for the entire property, €50 per pet (to be paid on site in cash)
Security deposit: €800 via Stripe link, refundable within 48 hours after check‑out
