Our flat has all wooden floors and consists of a living room with a large study area, kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, mezzanine double bedroom with a small terrace overlooking the rooftops; bathroom with tub. A convenient lift takes you directly to the front of the flat. The flat is located in one of the busiest and most lively areas for Venetians.At each guest change the entire flat is scrupulously cleaned, disinfected and sanitised with ozone.

For your moments of relaxation you will have a small terrace between the roofs, with 2 armchairs and a small table.

Its fortunate location is a 10-minute walk from the car park (even less from the train station) and 10 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. The fulcrum of life in the area is campo San Giacomo dall' Orio: in the shade of its trees you can relax and find several small restaurants and food shops. There are many outstanding artistic sights within walking distance, such as the Frari Church with Titian's famous Assumption or the Scuola Grande di San Rocco with Tintoretto's masterpieces. Only a 5-minute walk away you can visit the famous Ca' Pesaro Museum of Modern Art and the restored Museum of Natural History
