The living space of 55m² is simply, but comfortably furnished and comprises a bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, a reading lamp and a wardrobe, and a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed for two people, satellite TV, a dining space for four people and a cooking niche with a gas stove, sink, toaster and fridge-freezer. The apartment has a little bathroom with a walk-in shower and shower curtain, washbasin, bidet and WC. Hand towels and bed linen are changed weekly.

The apartment has a narrow balcony with garden furniture and a view of Lake Garda. You also have access to a private little beach with sun loungers right by the house.
