This holiday flat is located in a terraced house in Naverne with a fantastic view of Lake Garda.

With a living space of approx. 120 m², this accommodation offers enough space for a maximum of six people. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a large TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, filter and capsule coffee machine and a dining table with seating, leaving nothing to be desired. Two of the three bedrooms each have a double bed (1.80 metres wide), while the third bedroom has two single beds (each 0.90 metres wide). The bedrooms are air-conditioned. The two modern bathrooms are each equipped with a large shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. Heating and free WiFi are available in all rooms, air conditioning is only partially available.

Outside, you will find a spacious balcony facing the lake and a garden for exclusive use with a view of Monte Baldo. Cars can be parked free of charge in two private outdoor car parks. Pets are not permitted.

Holiday flat on one floor, no sloping ceilings in the bedroom.

The beach, sailing club and surf and kite school are just a few minutes away. The nearest town centre with a grocery store is only two kilometres away. Cafés and restaurants are just 100 metres from the accommodation.
