The flat is located within a small tourist village, near the historical centre, a few metres from the castle, 50 metres from the beach, which is accessed by a road with restricted traffic. . The cable car to Monte Baldo is 100 m away and the departure of the boats - ferries is 300 m away. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, restaurants, bars, a chemist's shop and a bank. From the property there is direct access to the cycle path which runs along the lake. We are 35 km from the motorway, 70 km from the airport and the bus stop is 250 m away.
