From the property there is direct access to the cycle path which runs along the lake. We are 35 km from the motorway, 70 km from the airport and the bus stop is 250 m away.

A one-room apartment measuring 38 sq m on the ground floor with a terrace. The flat has a living room with kitchenette equipped with dishes and cooking accessories, 2 electric hotplates, fridge, freezer, electric coffee machine, toaster, satellite TV and internet included in the price.
