This flat is located in the historic centre, on the first floor (about ten steps) of a renovated traditional house overlooking the central Via Gasparo on one side and lush gardens on the other. The wooden floors, designer furnishings, original paintings and works on the walls, and attention to detail create a cosy and authentic atmosphere.

In its 70 square metres, bright and spacious, you will find:
- A bedroom with a double bed, two windows, wardrobe, luggage storage;
- A very large and bright room, divided into a dining area with table and chairs and a relaxation area with sofa and armchairs; the beautiful open kitchen is made of wood and fully equipped; one of the two French windows leads to the terrace.
- The covered terrace, overlooking the family garden, has flowers, plants, table and chairs for relaxing or dining surrounded by the scent of wisteria.
- A spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub, large mirrors, window.
- A large utility room that houses an iron and ironing board, hoover and clothesline.

The flat is for the exclusive use of our guests.
