Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Solar energy heating, air-conditioning, underfloor heating. Small balcony, large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Marvellous view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance. Access to the house possible up to approx. 150 m. Luggage transport is provided by the owner from here on arrival and departure days.
