Welcome to the vineyard farmhouse Casa Rina, a fascinating holiday residence that delights its guests not only with its idyllic location above Lake Como, but also with its historical significance as a former winery dating back to 1724. Situated amidst former vineyards and rusticos in the characteristic Lombard style, Casa Ribolla promises an unforgettable holiday full of tranquillity and with breathtaking panoramic lake views.

The rooms of the Ribolla are comfortably and modernly furnished and offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. From the rustic fireplace in the living area, which radiates a soothing warmth and cosiness, to the open and fully equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. The integrated dishwasher, washing machine, iron and 4-burner gas hob are just a few examples of the well thought-out equipment. In addition, satellite TV and WIFI internet connection provide entertainment and comfort. The cosy bedrooms facing the lake and a small sleeping gallery, which can be reached via a wooden ladder, guarantee peaceful nights.

The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired and offers the perfect place to relax with its solar-heated communal pool [7 x 3.5 m] - open from Easter to the end of October - and the sun terraces with deckchairs. The garden terrace with lake view and barbecue offers ideal conditions for socialising in the open air. A goldfish pond, dwarf rabbits and chickens are particularly popular with our younger guests.

The proximity to the beautiful promenade of Gravedona with its shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés, which can be reached on foot in just 15 - 20 minutes, also contributes to a varied holiday. The boat landing stage also makes for easy excursions to the towns around the lake.
