Discover the charming Casa Trebbiano in the picturesque former Casarina winery, which now serves as the perfect holiday home. With its warm and sunny location, central heating and a rustic stove, it is the perfect place for a cosy and relaxing holiday on Lake Como. The modern furnishings and the exceptionally beautiful location will make your holiday unforgettable.

Inside, you will find cosy and modern furnishings with a living area that includes an open-plan kitchen, a sofa bed and a rustic stove. The sleeping facilities are divided into a double room with a French bed and a small room with a bunk bed. The extensive facilities include satellite TV, a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, 4-burner gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, toaster and WIFI internet connection.

The outdoor area impresses with a wooden terrace facing the lake, a lovingly landscaped garden with barbecue, a solar-heated communal pool [7 x 3.5 m] - open from Easter to the end of October, sun terraces with sun loungers. Additional amenities such as a goldfish pond, dwarf rabbits and chickens are especially enjoyable for our younger guests. A table tennis table and board games in the tavern as well as the rustic wine cellar "Cantina" with house wine and local specialities complete the offer.

The surrounding area invites you to go for walks, hikes or bike tours directly from the domicile. The beautiful waterfront promenade of Gravedona with numerous shopping opportunities and attractive ristoranti, bars and cafés can be reached on foot in around 15-20 minutes or by car in 3-4 minutes. The boat landing stage, from where you can explore the towns around the lake, is also within easy reach. For those travelling by car, there are plenty of parking spaces available outside the property.
