Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Kitchenette (1 hot plate, mini-oven, oven, Gas stove, 3 gas rings, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Upper floor: (steep stair) open, with sloping ceilings, 1 double bedroom. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Large terrace partly roofed, large garden. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only, no parking. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Private: property (fenced), terraced garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Motor access to 100 m from the house. Public parking 100 m.
