The holiday villa is on a quiet residential estate in Diano Marina, on the Ligurian Riviera. The location of the house is picturesque, with a view of the sea.

It has a very well-maintained and elegant interior and is therefore ideal for a comfortable stay. It is suitable for a family or friends who would like to spend their holiday together, as it can accommodate up to six people. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a wardrobe and bedside tables, while the second has two single beds (each 80 x 190cm), a wardrobe and a dresser. The spacious living room has wicker seating, a big dining table and a sofa bed for two people. You go through an archway to the kitchen space with a modern kitchen block equipped with a gas stove, oven, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. There are also two bathrooms, each with a shower cubicle, a bidet, a washbasin and a WC. The house can be heated, so it is suitable for stays all year round. It also has air conditioning throughout. An Internet surfstick is available on request, which can be activated with your own credit card. Satellite TV and a stereo system are provided.

The site is enclosed and features a little Mediterranean garden. From the sunny terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. You can end the day here under a starry sky with a glass of fine wine. Owing to the grill area, grill evenings are possible. A car parking space is available.

The centre of Diano Marina is about 1000 metres away and has a good range of shops, many restaurants and bars. The beaches are also only about 1000 metres away and are within easy access. The location of the holiday villa is ideal for exploring the Italian Riviera and for getting to the nearby French coastal towns such as Nice or Cannes.
