Menotti holidays home is located in the centre of Sanremo. The flat is located on the first floor without lift of a building dating back to the 1600s. Via Ciro Menotti 4 is an old Ligurian CARRUGGIO near Piazza San Siro and the Sanremo Cathedral. The area, although historic, is flat and is served by numerous commercial premises including bars, typical restaurants where one can enjoy fish specialities and dishes of Ligurian cuisine. The shopping street Corso Matteotti is just a few steps from the house, as are the Casino, the Ariston theatre, Piazza Colombo, the Russian Orthodox Church, and all the conveniences for spending a relaxing holiday with everything at hand. The house has been recently renovated and has all the installations in accordance with the law, with safe, armoured door, fire extinguisher, washing machine, gas leak detector. The kitchen is super-equipped The house is particularly quiet and peaceful. At the moment of your arrival the linen is included in the price, other linen on request is on payment.
