Open kitchen (2 hot plates, freezer) with dining table, satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Terrace 20 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Only solar water heating. Water (cistern).

Uvala Pičena 5 km from Vela Luka: Single-family house "Flora". In a quiet, sunny position, 35 m from the sea, 35 m from the beach. Private: property 480 m2, garden 100 m2 with wildlife garden. Outdoor shower, terrace (10 m2), barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) at 30 m. Shop 3.5 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 4 km, ferry 4 km, pebble beach 100 m, rocky beach, concrete beach 35 m.
