This luxurious and modern holiday home for 6 to 8 people with swimming pool and panoramic sea views is situated in a quiet location in the Torovi district of the island of Vir.

The villa is spread over two floors (70 m²) and is situated on a 200 m² plot. The villa is divided into a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two separate beds, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Air conditioning, WLAN internet access, SAT TV, washing machine, dishwasher and parking on the property are also available at no extra charge. Outside there is a swimming pool (6 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1.5 metres deep), a furnished pool area (sun loungers and outdoor shower) and a barbecue area. The villa has two covered and furnished 12 m² terraces (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor) with sea views, views of the nearby islands and the green landscape of the island of Vir. Shopping facilities at 300 m, restaurants and the centre of Vir are within 2000 m. The nearest beach is about 1000 m from the property. Check-in from 16:00.
