In addition to a cosy sofa bed in the living area, which offers additional sleeping space for two people, a coffee machine, dishwasher and kettle are available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks to the air conditioning, a cool and pleasant room climate can be ensured even on hot days.

Outside, the 8m² terrace with table and chairs invites you to relax. Although the sea view is only partial, this area offers enough space to enjoy the fresh air and the atmosphere of Dalmatia. The barbecue in the courtyard is available to all guests and invites you to cosy barbecue evenings. The garden for communal use also offers space to enjoy the Dalmatian sun or to browse through a book.

The beautiful pebble beach Biskupljača is only a few steps away from the holiday flat, approx. 200m. Here you can swim, dive or sunbathe. For dog owners, there is a dog beach 5000 metres away, which can also be visited. The nearest town centre is 3000m away, and there is a grocery store just 500m away for everyday shopping.
