On the ground floor there is a lifestyle design living room with a pool view, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor of the villa there are 4 bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a satellite TV and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room on the ground floor there is a sofa bed for two more persons. On the ground floor there is one separate toilet. On the second floor, guests can enjoy at mini wellness equipped with jacuzzi, sauna, satellite TV with access to a balcony, sun deck with loungers, parasols and outdoor shower. Terrace on the ground floor 40m2 includes fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining room with sitting area for 10 persons, billiard table, darts and access to a unique swimming pool, 13 meters long (88 m2) with integrated spa area and pool loungers in the shallow part of the pool ideal for children. There are loungers, parasols, outdoor shower and a gazebo with garden furniture next to the pool. Every room of the villa is air-conditioned and with a Wi-Fi internet access through the estate. At the 1000 m2 estate of villa there are several roofed parking spaces available. The property is fenced and covered by video surveillance. Dishwasher, washing machine and espresso coffee machine are just some of the further features of this luxury villa. Baby cot, changing of bed linen and towels every day, 4 bicycles for adults with a seats and a helmets for children are provided with and pets are welcome upon request with no extra charge.
