Holiday home in a quiet location, surrounded by nature, with garden and large pool. The house is located in the middle of the idyllic Vinodol mountains, in the village of Barci. It is surrounded by unspoilt nature and offers you peace, privacy and relaxation at any time of the year. You will feel at home in this house dating from 1895, which was built in the original local coastal style and at the same time is equipped with modern comforts. On the upper floor (85 square metres) there are two double rooms, a living room (satellite TV) with couch and kitchen, as well as a shower room with WC. The ground floor (60 square metres) has a living room with couch, double bed and fireplace, a separate kitchen, a shower room with WC and a storage room with washing machine. Both kitchens with gas cooker/oven, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Air conditioning in the upper living area. Grizane, approx. 5 km east of the town of Crikvenica, is a stop on the Crikvenica-Grizane and Kobiljak hiking trail (approx. 3 hours). Relaxed, individual holidays with privacy in Mediterranean surroundings amidst fresh mountain and sea air. In addition to hiking opportunities through picturesque landscapes and original villages, you also have the opportunity to enjoy a beach holiday in secluded bays and savour the delicacies of Croatian cuisine in nearby small family restaurants. If you fancy a change, you can sample the tourist flair in the town of Crikvenica, 5 km away, or take advantage of the diverse cultural offerings in the harbour town of Rijeka, just half an hour away. Why not visit a place that gives you moments of relaxation after a turbulent everyday life, that lets you regain strength and energy? The longing for the south, for a Mediterranean lifestyle, seems to be innate and brings a smile to our faces.
