The holiday home has 3 bedrooms for 4-6 people, a spacious living room with a fireplace, built entirely of solid stone. Large, very interesting kitchen, fully and modernly equipped. Several parking spaces directly from or next to the holiday home, as well as a garage. On the property behind the house there is a pool with a beautiful view of the Vinodol valley and partly to the sea. Pool is approx. 6x4m.The holiday home extends over two floors with approx. 220 square meters of living space and has several entrances from all sides. Rooms are very large, living room is approx. 30 square meters, kitchen with dining room is also very spacious. Open up your space and give you a feeling of freedom. However, the bedrooms are separated from each other for peaceful sleeping. Luxuriously furnished and very large bathrooms, terrace with sea views, garden in front of the house and another large garden behind the house. For colder times - the house is rented all year round, the whole house is heated, the bathrooms even have underfloor heating.Two larger bedrooms are on the ground floor and have direct access to the terrace. On the other side there are 2 large bathrooms, each with 2 stone sinks. In both rooms there is a rustic double bed (approx. 160x200), of course with top mattresses, as well as another single bed. Whether you want to use the single bed is up to you.Both rooms are connected to the first floor through the stairs from the hallway. There is another, but smaller, bedroom with a double bed (140x200). In addition to the room there is also a toilet with a sink available. Next, we go to the living room where there is also air conditioning. Here is an exit to the terrace/balcony, as well as a massive arched stone opening to the kitchen and dining room. The living room also leads to the garage. The main entrance is also on the other side. There is a satellite TV with DVD and surround system in the living room. Wireless internet is available.Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pans, pots and kitchen towels. Furthermore, there are also toasters, microwaves, kettles and of course a coffee machine. A dishwasher is also available for our guests.All beds are covered with bed linen. The bed linen is changed once a week for a stay of at least two weeks.
