This holiday apartment flooded with daylight is within walking distance of the long beach in a green residential area in Dramalj, along the picturesque riviera at Crikvenica.
Large glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto your private, extensive sunny balcony, furnished with a table and chairs and with a grill available for use. An awning provides pleasant shade during the hot midday hours. If you arrive by car you can use one secure parking space right in front of the house.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey residential house from the year 1986. It was extensively refurbished just recently in 2016 and in 2019 and provided with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The living space of 52m² comprises a spacious living and dining room with an integrated open kitchen, two bedrooms and a modern daylight bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool and warm) living room has a comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and a wooden dining table with six chairs. The white and glossy built-in kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances: a ceramic hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm and the other with a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed (160 x 200cm). The bathroom with light tiles is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.
Your apartment is about 250 metres from the blue Adriatic and the nearest pebbled beaches (Omorika and Majnaric), where children will enjoy the big playground. It is about 1.2km to the nearest sandy beach stretching 1km from Crikvenica to Dramalj. In the centre of Dramalj there are a range of shops, cafés and restaurants.
