This well-kept property in the residential area of the holiday resort offers you a wonderful view over the popular holiday resort of Crikvenica across the sea to the island of Krk opposite.

The 40 m² holiday accommodation for 2 people is located on the first floor of the house. The flat is modernly furnished and is divided into a bedroom, a bathroom and a living/dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. There is a sofa bed in the living area.

The apartment is equipped with WLAN Internet, satellite TV and air conditioning. You can use the washing machine by arrangement with your host for a fee.

In the outdoor area, a 20 m" balcony of the flat invites you to linger. The outdoor seating area is equipped with seating furniture and parasol. Furthermore, the large, well-tended garden is available to you and all guests of the house. There is also a large covered terrace with sea views and barbecue facilities, which can also be used by all guests.

The sea and beaches, such as Lucica beach or Kastell beach, can also be reached on foot within 10 minutes. The popular sandy beach Crni Mol is about 900 metres from the house. Shopping facilities & restaurants in the centre of Crikvenica are only a 10-minute walk away.
