This apartment is located in Crikvenica, almost in the center. Crikvenica is a town on the coast of the Bay of Kvarner, 35 km away from the biggest Croatian port, Rijeka. Selce, Dramalj and Jadranovo with Crikvenica make Crikvenica Riviera where Crikvenica is the largest and the most famous town.

In Crikvenica is a mild and stable climate of the Mediterranean type with many hours of sunshine. It takes 1 minute walk to the market for food and beverages and restaurant and 5 minutes walking to the main sandy beach (ideal for children and family) and the center. It has a parking place.
