Margari Villas is a unique architectural space, perfectly integrated into the natural ambiance of olive groves, situated in the quiet village of Linardići on the island of Krk. The whole estate consists of several buildings, uniquely designed as indented multi-story ground floor houses, which surround a central atrium dominated by old olive trees and Mediterranean plants, with an infinity pool in the center. It is a space for socializing, relaxing, and enjoying nature. It is interesting that the space of the houses was built in such a way that the old olive grove determined the position of individual parts of the building, so Margari represents three buildings, the first of which is the entrance space and reception with front parking. There is an entrance to the biggest house with a living room and dining room, and two bedrooms with private bathrooms with shower and walk-in wardrobe. Each room also has access to the courtyard with its terrace. From the living room, you exit to the central atrium with a swimming pool, as well as a loggia for dining and barbecue, and a cantilevered balcony. From the central courtyard, you enter a small house dominated by a spacious kitchen with a kitchen island and a space for socializing with the preparation of culinary delicacies. From this space, you enter two bedrooms, equipped with private bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, and private terraces. From this building, you can reach the backyard with olive groves and Mediterranean plants, as well as the back parking lot and the entrance to the plot. There are 4 bicycles at your disposal, and pets are welcome. Margari Villas is the place where you'll enjoy your perfect vacation in a natural and authentic environment.
