This newly built villa is located in a small village Linardići on the island of Krk. It is perfectly suited for up to 7 guests. Villa Insula Aurea 1 is furnished and decorated with a high standard to offer its guests a truly unforgettable holiday. It consists of a spacious living-dining area with an extra toilette on the ground floor and a direct exit to the terrace and swimming pool area with a sun lounge, a grill, and a dining area in the yard. The first floor is reserved for a good night's sleep since there you will find three comfortable bedrooms, all with TVs, air condition units and ensuite bathrooms. The ground floor is reserved for gatherings of the whole family or group of friends, with a beautiful modern, fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has wifi and private parking for up to 4 cars. You can bring your pet who will enjoy a stay in a fully fenced yard.
