6-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating (extra), air-conditioning (extra). Balcony 4 m2. Deck chairs. Facilities: mosquito net, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. No internal connecting door between the floors. One shower/WC on the ground floor is located outside the house. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.

House "Mikac", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Županje 12 km from the centre of Malinska, 3 km from the centre of Šilo, 13 km from the centre of Vrbnik, 3.1 km from the sea, 3.1 km from the beach. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (9 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, washing machine. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.4 km, bus stop 3.5 km, sandy beach 4 km pebble beach 3.1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Airfield 16 km from the property. The owner lives in an apartment on the upper floor.
