Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC, hydro massage shower. Forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher.

Single-family house "Korina", 2 storeys. 1.3 km from the centre of Klana, 19 km from the centre of Opatija, 15 km from the centre of Matulji, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, along the wooded area, 17 km from the sea, 17 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced) with lawn 130 m2, swimming pool angular (12 x 3 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises.
