Modern and fully equipped apartment Alisa with a beautiful sea view is located in the peaceful village of Ližnjan, near Medulin. Ližnjan offers a quiet vacation, and only 3 km from the apartment there is a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, children's entertainment, and various sandy and pebble beaches. The nearest beach is only 1 km away, while the nearest restaurant is 300 meters away.

The apartment, located in a building constructed in 2022, can accommodate up to 6 people. It is spacious, 75 m², and consists of a comfortable air-conditioned living room, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, and two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and TV, one of which has its own bathroom. A total of two bathrooms are available. The third bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional two people.
