The villa is located 900 metres from the beach in a quiet area, not far from the centre of the village. The property offers a living area of 120 square metres and can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons.

Terrace with sun umbrella and tables and chairs for 8+4 persons. Private swimming pool with 8 sun loungers. There is also a (brick) charcoal barbecue in the garden. The property is completely fenced off and has two free private parking spaces.

The villa consists of a ground floor and first floor with an internal staircase. On the ground floor is the living room with satellite TV dining room with 2 tables for 8+4 persons, the gas kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer. On the first floor are the four bedrooms: the first bedroom with a double bed and a covered terrace, the second bedroom with a double bed and a balcony with a sea view, the third bedroom with a double bed and a sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed) with a sea view from the window, and the fourth bedroom with a covered terrace and a view of the village. There are two air-conditioning units which air-condition the entire ground floor and the central staircase.
