This maisonette flat is located 1000 metres from the beach. Wonderful sea views from the terrace, kitchen and living room. Restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby. The flat is in a quiet location.

The holiday flat with sea view is on the 2nd floor (attic) and is 100 sqm in size, on 2 floors with a large terrace. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven, toaster and a spacious dining area. The entire kitchen equipment is new (pots, pans, etc.) In the living room there is a large couch, stereo system and satellite TV. Both rooms have a view of the sea and access to the large terrace. Bathroom with shower cubicle, WC, hairdryer and washing machine. The bedroom has a bed (1.60 m wide) and a flatscreen TV. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom with double bed (1.80 m wide) and flatscreen TV. The other bedroom with 2 beds (each 1.00 m wide). Bathroom with bathtub and WC. Three air conditioning units (1 in the living room, 1 in the bedroom and one upstairs in the hallway) are installed. Bed linen available, towels available, hairdryer, washing machine in the flat All windows are fitted with fly screens.

On the ground floor there is a swimming pool and barbecue area with a covered terrace and 1 terrace with 4 sunbeds. "Exclusively only for the tenants of this flat" ! Own car parking spaces at the house for 2 cars. The pool is not shared with other guests of this house and is only available to guests of the rented property, as well as the terrace and barbecue. The property is fenced. Please note that the pool can only be used from 1 June to 30 September.

The distance to the beach is approx. 1000 metres. On the beach there are 3 small restaurants and rental of paddle board, diving school etc. including a small beautiful harbour, with boat slipway. Further restaurants and shopping facilities approx. 600 m away.

The property is not suitable for party groups or youth groups.
