Villa Paradise is located in Medulin, a famous tourist destination in Istria.Medulin is one of Croatia's top 3 tourist destinations, with its famous promenade, numerous restaurants, cocktail bars, and beach bars.The sandy beach of Bijeca is a favorite among families with children and is one of the most famous beaches in Istria.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms in the villa. The residential unit is located on the 1st floor and has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a small kitchen with basic contents. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, air conditioners, and a TV. The 4th bedroom with a bathroom is located on the ground floor. One part of the ground floor is not rented to tourists, as house owners reside there over the summer. They do not use the private garden with a pool and summer kitchen, as that part is only for guests.

The large property offers a private pool, a wood-burning grill, a fully equipped summer kitchen with a large dining table, a garden, and 3 parking spaces.

The owners live on the ground floor of the house, guests have a private entrance. Guests share with the owners only the parking lot.

The sandy beach of Bijeca and the pebble beach Burle are located 1 km from the accommodation.Supermarkets Lidl and Plodine are 1.5 km from the accommodation, while numerous restaurants are located less than 1 km away (Restaurant Mimoza, Buffet Napoli, Konoba Kaminada, Restaurant Stari Ribar...).The historic city of Pula with its lively old town center and popular ancient monuments is 9 km away.The world-famous Cape Kamenjak is 10 minutes away by car and is adorned with a crystal blue sea, numerous coves, and beaches.
