The house built in 2011 with two apartments is located on the outskirts of Liznjan, bordering a little forest.

There are two deckchairs, a brick-built barbecue, a whirlpool, a terrace (about 7m²) all available for shared use, with furniture. There is parking space on site and on the street by the house. Access is via a 250-metre gravel track.
