This spacious 70m² apartment flooded with daylight is in the little coastal town of Medulin on the sunny southern tip of the Istrian peninsula, offering an ideal starting point for experiencing the long beaches and romantic bays along the coast.

The living room opens onto your private terrace with a table and chairs and affording an extensive view over the green surroundings. The terrace provides access to the garden, shared with guests at the apartment upstairs. A grill on the terrace and garden furniture invite you to enjoy leisurely meals together under a starry sky. If you arrive by car, there are two secure parking spaces right in front of the house on the enclosed site.

The holiday apartment occupies the ground floor of the two-storey holiday villa from the year 1972, which was completely renovated just recently in 2014 and provides all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay. There is another holiday apartment on the upper floor. Your apartment has wide outdoor stairs leading to it and it has its own separate entrance, ensuring privacy. It has an airy living room, a very modern built-in kitchen, two bedrooms and a spacious daylight bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room provides a comfortable corner sofa, a coffee table, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a CD player. You go through into the white and glossy built-in kitchen, with all the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, four-zone gas stove with a cooker hood, an electric oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine. The kitchen also has a dining space. The two bedrooms with solid wood furniture provide a double bed 8180 x 200cm) each, as well as bedside tables with reading lamps, dressers and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed (160 x 250cm) for two adults or three children. The generous bathroom comprises a bath with a shower attachment, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a bidet, a toilet and a washing machine. A cot and a highchair are available and plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. The reliable wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge.

Your holiday apartment is only about 100 metres from the sea and it is about 500 metres to the nearest beach with crystal clear water and water sports. The centre of the little town of Medulin with its range of shops, colourful markets and good gastronomy is about 100 metres away.
