The Villa Freya is divided into 2 living units.

The main area accommodates 8 people and features an open kitchen, a dining and air-conditioned living room with large glass doors that lead directly to the pool. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a children's corner. The pool is just a few steps from the house. The area includes 8 sun loungers for the pool, a professional grill, and a large table with chairs. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers. The master bedroom has its own balcony, TV, and bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have double beds, and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedroom windows have mosquito nets, so you can enjoy the evening breeze while you sleep. All rooms now have air conditioning.

The main area also features a game room with a pool table, table tennis, PS4 darts, and a bar where guests can spend their evenings. A public playground with a slide, swing, and table tennis is located 100 meters from the house.

The secondary living area, with a separate section, may be occupied by the owners from time to time.

Parking is available on-site for about 4 cars. The entire property is fenced and situated in a quiet location.
