Villa MarEA is located in Medulin, a popular seaside town in Istria known for its beaches, promenades, and restaurants. This modern and fully equipped villa offers everything you need for a comfortable stay for up to 8 guests ideal for larger families or a group of friends.

The interior of the villa is spread over two floors. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor and each has air conditioning and its own modern bathroom, ensuring a high level of privacy and comfort. Two of the rooms share a balcony with sea view, furnished with a seating area for relaxing. In addition, two of the rooms have a pull-out armchair, suitable for two extra guests.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and an additional guest toilet. Large glass doors bring in lots of light and create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor areas.

The fenced yard includes a private pool, sun loungers, a covered terrace with dining table and barbecue – perfect for summer gatherings outdoors.
