Modern architectural design, the villa features four spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, and TV. On an area of 215 m², the ground floor offers an elegant living room with access to the terrace and outdoor pool, a fully equipped modern kitchen with necessary appliances, and a dining area. One bedroom with a double bed. There is also a guest WC with a washing machine.

On the first floor, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, each with access to a large balcony with sun loungers, tables, and chairs. Each room has its own bathroom, TV, and air conditioning. The whole house has underfloor heating.

The outdoor area includes a terrace, a saltwater pool of 36 m², an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and sun loungers. A special highlight is the outdoor pool with hydromassage, which provides additional relaxation.

The villa also offers the option of heating the pool, which is perfect for stays during the colder months. Additional pool heating costs 150 euros per week and must be requested in advance if you wish to use this service.

The plot of 505 m² is fully fenced and the villa offers 4 free parking spaces. The proximity to the beach, which is only 230 meters away, is a great advantage. In the center of Medulin, 2 km away, there are numerous restaurants as well as beautiful sandy and pebble beaches, where you can enjoy excellent gastronomic offerings and relaxation by the sea with your friends or family.
