The new Villa Serenita, proudly bearing the name "Oasis of Relaxation," has everything for a true dream vacation. The villa's location allows for relaxation, but also offers a variety of activities such as jet skiing, diving, paragliding, and much more.

This villa is the ideal accommodation for up to 8 people in 4 colorful modern bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, TV, and balcony. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a beautiful covered terrace with a sea view towards Medulin. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor, where you can jump directly into the refreshing pool in the morning. On this floor, there is also the main living area with a kitchen, living and dining area, and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need during your stay.

The second dining area is on the covered terrace, where you can prepare your favorite dishes on the charcoal grill. The terrace is a great place to relax as it offers a lounge area, comfortable sun loungers, and of course, the fabulous private pool. Pets are welcome.
