Located in a beautiful and sunny part of Medulin, this modernly furnished villa is the perfect choice for families or groups of up to 8 people. It is just a few minutes’ drive from the sea, and nearby you will find numerous family-friendly beaches, excellent restaurants, and the charming Medulin promenade that comes to life in the evening hours.

On the ground floor, the villa features a spacious living room with a dining area and direct access to the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and one bedroom with a large double bed, air conditioning, and a TV.

The first floor offers three additional elegant and air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which has its own private bathroom, while the second bathroom is located in the hallway. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds, air conditioning, and TVs. On this floor, there is also a large roof terrace with comfortable furniture – perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing while watching the sunset. In total, the villa has three bathrooms.

In the fenced and landscaped courtyard, there is a private outdoor pool measuring 26 m² with sun loungers. The pool can be heated upon request and at an additional charge, making it perfect for stays outside the main season. For additional entertainment, guests can also enjoy table tennis.

Next to the pool, there is a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, a built-in barbecue, and a practical refrigerator. The villa is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including free WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and private parking with a garage for several vehicles.
