On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, and the fully equipped kitchen will meet all your culinary needs with all the necessary appliances. Here, you'll also find an open-space dining area where you can enjoy communal dinners.

Additionally, two bathrooms are located on the ground floor. For families with young children, a baby crib and high chair are available. On the first floor, all four bedrooms with double beds are located, along with an additional bathroom. The villa also includes a small stone building that contains a separate room with a double bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom, offering the perfect space for privacy and a peaceful stay.

The villa’s outdoor area is impressively landscaped on a 1415 m² plot. Enjoy the heated pool with an area of 60 m², perfect for use even in colder months. Relax in the Jacuzzi offered by the villa, and sunbathe on the spacious terrace with lounge chairs. For activity lovers, there are table tennis, a trampoline, and a children’s playground with swings. Evenings can be spent preparing meals on the outdoor grill and enjoying the dining area in the open air.
