The 24m² studio flat on the ground floor offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. It has a cosy double bed, a small but fine kitchen and a bathroom with a glazed shower cubicle, illuminated mirror, WC and, last but not least, a window for fresh air at all times. A flat-screen TV with satellite TV provides entertainment. The flat is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet and all the necessary cooking utensils to make you feel at home.

Outside, a terrace with a marvellous view of blossoming trees, flowers and shrubs invites you to linger. The well-tended garden also has a barbecue area, which our guests are welcome to use. A private car park is available, so you don't have to worry about parking your car. The quiet location in a side street promises relaxing evenings and peaceful nights.

The surrounding area of Medulin offers a wide range of activities and discoveries. The nearest natural beach is just a 15-minute walk away. There is also a sandy beach and numerous managed beaches just a short distance away. The unspoilt coastline is framed by countless bays that invite you to explore. The centre of Medulin, with its numerous restaurants and cafés, is also within easy walking distance. Sports enthusiasts will find everything from water skiing and mountain biking to golf in the immediate vicinity.
