Discover our cosy holiday studio on the ground floor, perfectly designed for your relaxing holiday. With a compact living space of 35 m², it offers the ideal setting for a comfortable stay. Here you will find a quiet sleeping environment which, together with other amenities, forms the perfect basis for your holiday.

Inside the studio, you will find well thought-out furnishings to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The sleeping area is equipped with a spacious double bed and air conditioning to guarantee you restful nights. A small television with satellite TV provides entertainment. There is a practical dining area in front of the separate living room, which offers space for shared meals. The small, but nice kitchenette makes self-catering easy. The adjoining daylight bathroom is comfortably furnished with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with illuminated mirror cabinet and a WC.

The outdoor area of the Vukalovic house is a true retreat. Directly accessible from the bedroom, the furnished terrace invites you to relax with its wonderful view of the green surroundings. The well-kept 500 m² plot is ideal for barbecues or simply relaxing in peace and quiet. There is also a parking space for your car, making your stay even more comfortable.

The area surrounding our holiday studio offers plenty of variety with its diverse nature and numerous leisure activities. A natural beach is just a 15-minute walk away, while managed beaches and a sandy beach are easily accessible by car within a radius of 800 m to 5 km. The Rt Kamenjak Nature Park is about 10 kilometres away and is perfect for exploring. Whether you want to go swimming, fishing, water skiing, play tennis or seek cultural and culinary experiences - the neighbourhood offers various possibilities for active people and those seeking relaxation.
