The beautifully decorated Villa Evelyn is located in a quiet part of Medulin, close to the sea and the beach.

On the ground floor of the villa there is an air-conditioned living room with access to a covered terrace and a swimming pool with sunbathing area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an air-conditioned dining area. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet and additional space with a washing machine. The internal staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, where there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, and two balconies with sea views, both equipped with a seating area.
