Villa in Pula (8 people) with private pool .The house is located 2000 m from the center of Pula, 500 m from the sea and 1500m from the beach. The nearest shops and restaurants are 500 m.
House is surrounded by other family houses, in a quiet neighborhood, and it is not suitable for parties!

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and gril. For solo use there is a pool with sun beds and outside shower. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. There is a parking for three cars.

The ground floor is about 60 m² size and consists of the following rooms: A living room with a flat screen TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, a coffee machine, dishwasher and a dining area as well as an bathroom with a shower. From dining area there is an exit to the terrace which is located to the pool. On the first floor there are three bedrooms (in each flat screen TV) and two bathrooms with toilet. Two bedrooms are with king size beds (180x200 cm) and one bedroom is with two single beds (90x200 cm). The house is fully heated or cooled.

Restaurants, shop and bus station 500 m away.

There is a free Wi-Fi. Travel bed and high chair for children are available.
