The holiday house is in a quiet area of Peroj in the west of Istria, near the beach. From the apartment you can enjoy a wonderful view of the beautiful nature of Brijuni National Park.

The house is ideal for a relaxing family holiday for up to four people. On the ground floor there are a hallway, a WC, a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with a TV and dining area. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and their own balcony. Here there is also a third bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with a bath. The balconies have tables and chairs.

In the front garden there is a parking space. The rear garden provides a a table with a chairs and a barbecue. There's also a SPA pool with hot water.

300 metres away there are a restaurant and a grocery shop, and 500 metres away there is the beach. There are many restaurants and shops in the vicinity and good bus connections to Pula and Fazana. The beaches are generally not overcrowded and offer crystal clear water. You can also take a boat from Brioni to Fazana.
