The house features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious terrace with a garden. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other offers a bed for one adult or two children. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, making the total capacity 3 + 1 persons. The house is equipped with air conditioning.

The outdoor area exudes peace and Mediterranean charm – a beautifully arranged courtyard with a covered dining area, barbecue, and jacuzzi is the perfect place to relax with family or as a couple. Guests also have access to a private, fenced parking space within the property.

The sea and a long promenade along the coast are only a few minutes’ walk away – perfect for morning runs, romantic walks, or trips to Fažana and Hidrobaza, all with stunning views of the sea and the Brijuni Islands.
