Villa Zita Exclusive is located on the edge of the quiet village of Svici near the town of Pican, about 16.5 km from the sea and 27 km from the tourist resort of Rabac. It consists of ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with attractive modern fireplace and a toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms both with double bed, SAT-TV and private shower/WC. The larger house consists of a basement where there is a separate living area with a wonderful designer fireplace and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with SAT-TV of which one with double bed and private shower/WC, one with two single beds and shower/WC in the hallway and one with double bed, fireplace, balcony and private bathroom/WC with hydromassage bathtub.
