Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 60 - 200 cm with rooflight with 1 double sofabed (120 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Floor heating (extra). Terrace 10 m2, terrace 16 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Distant view of the sea. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 small pet/ dog allowed.

Terraced house "Villa Caterina", 2 storeys, renovated in 2022. In the hamlet Fiorini 8 km from the centre of Novigrad, in a sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (15 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, restaurant 50 m, pebble beach 2 km, rocky beach 2 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 100 m, children's playground 200 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The owner is at guests' disposal for pool cleaning and property maintenance. Private: outdoor kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, microwave, fridge).
